Limited Warranty Policy

At Junction Dental Lab, we are committed to delivering high-quality dental restorations that meet the needs of both dental professionals and their patients. We take pride in the craftsmanship and materials we use, ensuring that our restorations provide durability, function, and aesthetics.

To demonstrate our commitment to excellence, we offer a Limited Warranty on our products under the following terms:

Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the following dental restorations:

• Crowns and Bridges
• Dentures and Partials
• Implants and Implant Restorations
• Veneers
• Other custom restorations, as specified by the product order

Warranty Period

Our limited warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery of the product to the dental practice, unless otherwise specified.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

• Material Defects: If a restoration fails due to a defect in the materials used (e.g., porcelain chipping or discoloration), we will work with you to resolve the issue by repairing or replacing the product.
• Workmanship Defects: If a restoration fails due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect fit, breakage, or improper processing), we will provide a repair or replacement.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage Caused by External Factors: Any restoration that is damaged due to patient misuse, trauma, or improper care (e.g., grinding, improper cleaning methods, accidents).
• Normal Wear and Tear: Restorations are subject to the natural wear and tear associated with daily use, and this is not covered under warranty.
• Failure Due to Improper Fit: If the restoration fails due to incorrect impressions, bite problems, or adjustments not made in the dental office, it will not be covered by this warranty.
• Patient-Related Factors: If the patient’s oral health or habits (e.g., bruxism, gum disease, etc.) lead to failure of the restoration, this warranty will not apply.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe a product is defective and covered by our limited warranty, please follow these steps:

• This warranty is void if the restoration has been altered or repaired by a third party not authorized by Junction Dental Lab.
• Our warranty is only applicable to restorations that have been properly cared for and maintained by both the dental professional and patient.
